Meet your Teacher

My name is Jessica Gottesman Oberlin. I founded Oberlin Violin Studio to help people transform their musical abilities and tap into their natural inner creativity through the violin. I also love seeing how even first-time beginners can grow in their confidence to share beautiful music with others.

My violin journey began when I started lessons at age three. As a child, I had wonderful opportunities to perform for presidents and dignitaries, on national television, and in major concert halls around the world. I've since earned a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance and have been teaching and performing as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral violinist for many years.
